Teeth whitening, veneers, clear orthodontic aligners, and more
At Rise Dentistry, we value your time and do our best to stay on schedule. Each appointment is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens. Sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule. This policy explains what to expect and how we handle appointment changes.
When you book a visit, we prepare everything in advance. This includes setting up tools, staff, and treatment space. We hold this time specifically for you. Missing an appointment without notice affects other patients and our team. That’s why we ask for proper notice if you need to make changes.
If you can’t keep your appointment, let us know as soon as possible. We ask for a reasonable amount of notice—typically 24 to 48 hours in advance. This gives us time to offer the slot to another patient who may need care.
Even if you’re unsure about your schedule, please call. It’s always better to talk with our front desk team than not show up.
A missed appointment with no notice is called a “no-show.” These are especially hard for our practice. Our team is ready for you, and the time is lost when no one shows up. If you miss an appointment without contacting us, it may be marked as a no-show. Multiple no-shows may result in a fee or changes to your scheduling options.
We understand emergencies happen. Please let us know as soon as you’re able. We’ll always take that into consideration.
We know traffic and life can cause delays. If you’re running late, call us. We may still be able to see you, depending on the schedule. If we cannot fit you in without delaying others, we may need to reschedule. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could count as a missed appointment.
We may charge a cancellation fee for repeated last-minute changes or no-shows. This fee helps cover the cost of time reserved and staff scheduled. We do our best to avoid charging fees, but ask for respect in return. Talk to us if you have questions or special circumstances.
To cancel or change your appointment, call our office directly during regular business hours. You can also leave a voicemail after hours. Some locations may offer text or email options—check with our team for availability.
The sooner you let us know, the better we can serve everyone.
Our goal is always to provide care when you need it. Your time is important, and so is ours. This policy helps keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures fairness to all patients. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Rise Dentistry for your care.
